Emily Nelson, co-owner of HIGH Fitness announce their event in honor of International Women’s Day on March 8th. HIGH fitness will host a class that will include a theme selection of women power songs and raise money for a women’s charity called “Gems for Gems”. The charity will collect gently used jewelry and funds will be donated to local Utah women’s shelters to raises money for scholarship funds towards women’s education.

Funds will be raised as well as promoting body positivity and celebrating women in all types, shapes, sizes while having a good time!

HIGH fitness was started 3 years ago and now it is everywhere. High Fitness focuses on the culture and the inside transformatiin more than the outside. They have essentially taken old school aerobics and made it modern with HIIT training, and plyometric movements. Simple consistent movements make people feel successful.
