When you think of gratitude your first thought may be Thanksgiving, but motivational speaker Ganel-Lyn Condie says we need to change that mindset. It isn’t a practice that should just be reserved for Thanksgiving, the holidays… but dispersed in abundance no matter what.
She explained that research has shown gratitude helps with the following:
- Improving sleep
- Easing depression
- Bettering immune system
- Lowering stress
- Increasing abundance feelings
- Guarding against comparisons/envy
She encourages all of you to text a friend just for the simple reason of telling them you’re grateful for them. Keep a gratitude journal or write someone a thank you card, they last.
