Megan Murff says working out at home with your children is less-than-ideal almost always. That problem prompted the creation of Cahoots Fitness. Cahoots Fitness has a one-of-a-kind class curriculum for children ages 5 and under. Movement Preschool and Baby Steps classes are held at the same time as the Mom Fitness classes (in separate rooms), and children are doing sports, tumbling, yoga, and music and movement in their classes with trained instructors. They also learn a healthy theme every week, such as strong muscles, strong bones, eating healthy, sleep is good for our bodies, and healthy emotions.
