Namaste this Valentine’s Day with your special someone by grabbing a beer and yoga at the Gateway, Utah’s premier community gathering, dining and entertainment destination. It takes place every Wednesday at this Wednesday at 6 p.m.

The yoga is free and beer and wine or champagne are just $5 for after-yoga camaraderie with loves and besties. Be sure to get there first and stay until the end because there will be a special gift for the first 50 yogis and other fun giveaways at the end of class.

“We’ve added a little something extra to our Wednesday night Yoga and Beer class to show our guests some added love,” said Jacklyn Briggs, marketing director for The Gateway. “We always like to keep things interesting here at The Gateway and this special Valentine’s yoga class is no exception – just one of our more than 160+ community events held at The Gateway every year.”

The Gateway, Salt Lake Power Yoga, Wasatch Brewery and Yelp Salt Lake City offers a weekly YOGA & BEER event every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 12 S. 400 West, in the upper level next to The Grand Hall.

The instructors at Salt Lake Power Yoga lead this series with power flow yoga, integrating optional beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome. Mat rentals are available for $2. RSVP at
