The at home workout that’s kicking Reagan’s butt

Interested in what workouts Reagan is doing at home to look that amazing? Well, wait no longer. Reagan brought her personal trainer, Kiki, on the show today to show us an at home workout you can do if you don’t feel like leaving home and going to the gym.

The best part of this workout is that anyone can do it. The only prop you need in order to do this workout is a deck of cards (and probably some water).

Deck of cards workout

  • Red card- right leg forward lunges
  • Black card- left leg forward lunges 
  • Jokers- 30 squat jumps 

Once you shuffle the deck of cards, you will pick up a card and see what color you choose. If you pick up a red card, you will do lunges on the right leg with the corresponding number on the card and the same goes for the black cards.
