Microblading your eyebrows can be a GAME CHANGER! But not when your color and shape results turn out undesirable.
ABC4’s Surae Chinn joined Reagan to learn all about microblading corrective work from Patty Willardsen, 3D Brows founder/head instructor, and Jamie Warner, assistant instructor.
Although microblading is meant to be a permanent procedure, shape correction can be done. Patty explained that they can re-work what a past artist has done and remove pigment is left outside of their new stencil.
If your brows have healed with a red, purple or blue tint, color correction is also an option. At 3D brows, Patty shared there are two different ways they go about corrections. The first is lightening the brow to an almost non existent stage by pulling out all the color, and the second is color correcting a brow that has turned colors. Instead of a laser, they use a saline solution to safely pull out the old color under the skin.
Surae and Good Things Utah producer McCall interviewed Patty in depth about all areas of microblading in their new podcast, Lucie and Gray, available now on abc4.com/podcasts.
