Hope Gala to benefit juvenile diabetes research

GTU Featured Guest

Christina, Sophia, and Alex Adrian joined us to talk about the upcoming Hope Gala benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). JDRF is the leading organization funding type 1 diabetes research and its mission is to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes and its complications.

The Hope Gala will take place March 30, 2019 at the Grand America, and there is still time to get tickets! This year it is honoring Gail Miller, who has given an incredible amount of money to the University of Utah for diabetes research.

The black tie gala begins at 5:30pm, with dinner at 7:30pm, and also includes a live and silent auction with amazing items including a Harley Davidson, overnight camp experience at Scheel’s, trips and getaways, entertainment packages, jewelry, art, and baskets made by T1D kids.

To get tickets, make a donation, or volunteer, visit jdrf.org/mountainvalley/events/gala/.
