Heart Disease is the number one killer in women but how many people know about this and what are we doing to help prevent this disease? Mary Crafts is here today talking to us about the importance of our health and hearts and her own struggle with heart disease.

Mary says there are no special diets or magic pills. It is all about making a lifestyle change to imrpove your health. One-third of every woman will die of heart disease but 80% is preventable!

“Change happens when the why becomes stronger than the fear,” said Mary.

There will be a Go Red for Women luncheon held at the Downtown Marriott at City Creek on March 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. Mary will be one of the keynote speakers at this event, so come on down and support your Women in Red!
