4 members of the Utah Royals joined us on Good Things Utah to talk about their professional soccer careers and their upcoming games.
Becca Moros: New York native who has played professionally for almost 12 years. She has played in both the U.S. and Japan, and owns her own business with a soccer-practice product known as the footy board. Plays as a defender.
Brittany Ratcliffe: University of Virginia graduate who scored her first goal for Utah Royals just a couple of weeks ago in North Carolina. Plays as a forward, and is known in the league for always wearing a bright orange bow in her hair.
Erika Tymrak: Animal right’s activist and vegan who has found a lot of success in her soccer career. She graduated from Florida and was the 2013 NWSL Rookie of the year. She is very active on social media with her vegan dishes and delicious recipes. She also plays as a midfielder from Florida.
Brooke Elby: Brooke is from California, and played for the top college soccer program at the University of North Carolina, and has also been playing professionally in the NWSL for several years. She has worked her way up to being a starter on the team, and has an hilarious personality.
Their next game is this Saturday May 19th against the Houston Dash at 1:30 pm, at Rio Tinto Stadium.
