It’s swimsuit season! If you are trying to work on your summer body- here are some tips on how to help achieve it.

Today we are taking the four basic exercises that you’ll find in most exercise routines such as pushups, tricep dips, squats and sit ups- and making them a bit more challenging.

If you do these four exercises everyday for the month of June and each week add 5 more to each exercise you will see a tremendous improvement to your strength.
