Utah’s favorite summer movie nights are back! Sundance’s Summer Film Festival travels all over Utah showing six different films. Don Argott, the director of the film Believer, and LaraLee Ownby, the director of the festival, joined us to share the inspiration behind the film and where you can see this film and many more!
This is the 21st year of the festival and it’s the biggest one yet with 11 total screenings in cities around Utah! They’ll be showing a mix of old classics, audience picks, and recent selections from the Sundance Film Festival. There are seven remaining screenings in Salt Lake, Park City, Ogden, Kamas, and St. George, including their community choice screening.
Wednesday, July 18th, is their next showing! They’ll be screening Believer, the Utah-based documentary, at Red Butte Garden.
