Michael McLean joined us today to talk about “The Forgotten Carols.” The holiday season tradition is marking its 27th year of consecutive performances. McLean said the driving force behind the tradition is the amazing people who come out to see it each year. He also loves the opportunity to tell the story.
It’s important to McLean and the show’s producers to preserve the holiday tradition. “It keeps the magic alive and makes for an enchanting experience each year,” said McLean.
McLean said is favorite part of the show is when Uncle John explains to Connie Lou about his great love. He said they plan to add to that moment in this season’s shows.
McLean mentioned that year’s tour includes 21 performances throughout Utah, Idaho, and Arizona.
