Living a healthy lifestyle is important for everyone, and especially those who are pregnant. Brecke Ure from Pure Fit Pure Food joined us to share a low impact workout that is great for expectant mothers to do at home during their first trimester. 

Watch the video to see how it’s done! You will do each of these exercises for 30 seconds. Your goal is to get four rounds in. 

  • Side leg lifts
  • Sumo squat arm curls
  • Standing toe touch
  • Lung pulse lift

These can be modified to make them harder, depending on your level.
