Mary Malouf, Food Editor at Salt Lake magazine and Sean Neves, Co-owner at Waterwitch, shared details about Salt Lake magazine’s fifth annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, a month long cocktail crawl where locals get the chance to try and judge libations created by local bars and restaurants around town.
Anyone can participate by visiting the bars during the month of September, trying their special cocktails and then voting online for their favorites.
Twenty five local mixologists are competing to have their creations be chosen as the Best Original Cocktail. The handcrafted libations are all based on seasonal ingredients from local farms and gardens.
