James Fitzgerald, Kyle Scoville, Becky Payne brought James, Jazzy and Katie to talk about working out at GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center in Layton. All athlete sponsorhips and proceeds of the GiGi’s Fithouse Workout at FitCon will be donated to GiGi’s Playhouse. 

The FitCon Utah’s GiGi’s FitHouse workout will be designed specifically for those with Down Syndrome, however all are welcome. Their primary focus with the group will be functional training exercises, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, increased balance, and stretching.

FitCon Utah will be donating all of the class athlete registration, donations, and sponsorships for the class to GiGi’s Playhouse in Layton Utah. Golds Gym Utah has partnered with GiGi’s Playhouse on hosting, designing, and promoting weekly workouts to help individuals with Down syndrome achieve their individual fitness potential as well as improve their overall quality of life.
