Jessie shared a great salsa recipe on the final day of our hostess with the mostess side dish competition.
Corn Avocado Salsa
- 2 cans sweet corn
- 2 firm avocados, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tomato diced
- chopped cilantro, to taste
- kosher salt, to taste
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar, optional
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving
