  • On Good Things Utah today – The CMA’s aired last night right here on ABC4 and Eric Church walked away with Entertainer of the Year. His awards speech touched on what all of us have been feeling over the last eight months. We have a complete list of last night’s winners!
  • If quarantine is supplying you with some vivid dreams, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re here specifically because you’re having a recurring nightmare where you’re face to face with a boa constrictor, and wondering what that could mean. Reagan breaks down pandemic dreams of snakes for us.
  • And Beyonce and Jay Z’s eight year old daughter is up for a Grammy and she’s still in grade school! We’ll share the project that Blue Ivy has been working on.
  • Finally, if you feel like everyone is on a diet… you’re right! A new study says more Americans admit to dieting than ever before. We’ll tell you why.
  • And meet our Pet of the Week! His name is Monopoly and he’s a gentleman with a wealth of love to give. He’s a laid back guy so other cats, dogs, or kids are no problem.
He is around 5 years old and an indoor cat. As a matter of fact Best Friends is having a cute cat promo coming up this weekend, Nov. 12-15. It’s called the “Real Housecats of Salt Lake City” and when it comes to being catty, these felines take the prize! Adopt any adult cat* for free November 12-15. All cat adoption surveys received during this time qualify for the promotion. *Cats six months and older.
  • And at the end of the show, for our Throwback Thursday we are talking CD cases from way back when… so why were CDs in that chunky plastic? Surae has done some digging and has the answer for us. Break out the CD player and join us for a Thursday morning edition of GTU!
