Staying healthy during the holiday season can be difficult, but fitness coach Whitney Harris has some tips on doing that.
She says eating a snack is a good idea and has a suggestion called “Delicious Berry Bark.”
Harris says you take 2 cups of Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 3/4 cup of granola and 3/4 berries.
She says you need to combine the Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Spread about 1/4 inch thick of parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with granola and berries. Freeze for three hours.
Whitney says you should eat every few hours to avoid having your body go into what she calls starvation mode and hold onto everything you eat.
