Utah teacher celebrates 40 years teaching deaf and blind kids

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind are celebrating a major milestone for one of their teachers.

Elizabeth “Bess” Dennison has been teaching for 40 years. She works with babies from birth until the age of three who have varying degrees of blindness.

Dennison joined Good Morning Utah to talk about her career, the importance of helping kids, and her future goals.
