Utah Red Cross talks how to treat heat-related illness

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – Temperatures are soaring in Utah right now. The state’s excessive heat warning will remain in effect until Friday night.

With our triple-digit temperatures, the Utah Red Cross wants to remind people to be safe in the heat and treat heat-related illnesses before they can happen.

Natalee Good, the disaster program manager for the Utah Red Cross, joined Good Morning Utah to talk about heat safety.
