Utah Red Cross is hoping students can tackle a blood shortage

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – Kids across Utah are heading back to class this month, and the Utah Red Cross is hoping students can create a new tradition this year of donating blood.

Dr. Walter Kelley, the Red Cross Medical Director, and Benjamin Donner, the Executive Director of the Red Cross in Central and Southern Utah, both join Good Morning Utah to talk about how people can donate blood.
