SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – Right now many Americans are watching the tragic aftermath of a deadly building collapse in Surfside, Florida.
An inspection report dated back to 2018 showed signs of flooding, cracking, and corrosion in the building.
Many people are left wondering, could something like this happen in Utah?
