Getting children to eat fruits and veggies can be quite a challenge, but one mom says having her son eat a “rainbow plate” makes all the difference. Kathryn Kemp Guylay and her son Alex joined Good Morning Utah to explain how making a rainbow out of fruits and veggies can help kids get all the nutrition they need.
Kathryn created a fun and engaging book for children that encourages healthy eating called Give It a Go, Eat a Rainbow.
“Over the last decade, I have been teaching kids and parents how to live more energized lives by eating
healthy meals and snacks,” explains the award-winning and bestselling author and certified nutritional
counselor. “One of the easiest ways to boost the nutritional value of meals and snacks is to incorporate
