Concern as school absences spike during the holiday months

11/19/2018 – The holidays are a busy time for families with vacation plans on top of the flu season and wintry weather. It should come as no surprise that school absences soar in the months of November and December. Parents often don’t realize how quickly a few absences here and  there can add up. Bell View Elementary Principal in the Canyons School District explains why schools are concerned.
