Third Eye Blind, Jimmy Eat World to stop in Salt Lake City during summer tour

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 News) – If you’re a rock fan ready for a throwback, get excited!

LiveNation announced on Tuesday the 2019 Summer Gods Tour with bands Third Eye Blind and Jimmy Eat World. Ra Ra Riot will join the two bands an as opener.

The 35-city tour will start in Los Angeles and will include stops in Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas.

The bands will stop and perform in Salt Lake City at the USANA Amphitheater on Friday, June 21.

In an effort to “tour greener” and “offset the tour’s carbon footprint,” Third Eye Blind said it will invest in a carbon offset project and donate a portion of the cost of each ticket to the project managed The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, ClimeCo, and The American Land Conservancy.

Tickets will be up for sale to the public starting Friday, February 1 at 10 am on the LiveNation.com
