Katy had the pleasure of visiting Carson Kitchen this afternoon on Taste Utah Bytes to check out what the buzz is all about.

Chef and Owner, Cory Harwell originally launched his 1st location in Las Vegas, NV in 2014 in the historic Fremont District, his 2nd in Atlanta shortly before the pandemic and in August of 2020 he opened his 3rd Location in Salt Lake City, UT and the locals couldn’t be more excited!

The menu is inspired by Southern influences with a twist and you have anything from Chicken strips, Burgers, Steaks, Fish, and sides you won’t be able to resist. Take a look at their menu!
