Chef Michael from Somi, a Vietnamese Bistro, invited Jami and Katy from Taste Utah into the kitchen. He demonstrated how they make a very traditional Vietnamese dish, Short Rib Vermicelli.
They have a lot of things to offer on the menu, including vegetarian items and it’s all made from scratch.
