Every month we take you inside a Utah restaurant for a look at their unique menu items. Today, Jami and Katy stopped by Silver Star Cafe in Park City. It’s a best place to feel and dine like a local, even if you’re from out of town. Chef David Bible featured his 44 Farms Chile Rub Ribeye Steak, with a chipotle zabaglione, some simply sautéed squash and then a grape tomato Pico de Gallo.
