In case you missed it, the 2017 Great American Seafood Cookoff was this weekend. It featured 6 expert judges and some of the best chefs out there cooking seafood dishes from around the country. The competition was held in New Orleans, Louisiana, where more than 25% of the country’s seafood supply originates. To learn more about the seafood industry and it’s relevance to U.S. culture and economy, we were joined on Good Morning Utah by Louisiana Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser.
