Nicole Neuman comes to ABC4 Utah from Nexstar sister station WNCT in Greenville, N.C. where she worked as a reporter and fill-in anchor.
During her time at WNCT, Nicole reported on several impactful stories. They include a two-part cold case murder series, the shooting of a state trooper, and Hurricane Florence’s devastation to Eastern North Carolina.
Nicole also highlighted Eastern North Carolina’s connection to the Green Book, a traveling tool used by people of color during the Jim Crow South. The book is featured in the 2018 award winning and controversial movie carrying the same name.
In a special salute to veterans, Nicole had the opportunity to help tell the story of Isaac Pope, a World War II veteran who lived to be 100 and whose life is now depicted in film.
Prior to transitioning into reporting, Nicole worked as a producer. She is excited to now have the opportunity to tell the stories of people living in the Salt Lake City area.
