Hailey Hendricks joined the ABC4 News family in June 2019 as a digital multi-media journalist, and in October 2019, she began broadcast reporting on ABC4 News.
Hailey has wanted to be a news reporter since she was in eighth grade. She has a passion for writing, telling stories, talking to anyone she meets and learning about anything and everything.
Hailey graduated from Utah State University in broadcast journalism. She was nominated for a student Emmy and also won a Society of Professional Journalist (SPJ) award for her work on the show ‘Cache Rendezvous.’ She was also nominated for an SPJ on suicide prevention.
As a Utah-native, Hailey has a passion for connecting with and telling other people’s stories, here in Utah. She believes everyone has a story to tell and that everyone’s voice should be heard.
