A very wet start along the Wasatch Front made for quite the nice ending to our day. Temperatures reached 65 for a high in Salt Lake City but other areas of the Northern Wasatch did not even make it to 60 like Logan. Brigham City was the hardest hit area this morning receiving almost 2 inches of rain. The Southern part of the state remained mostly dry outside of a few afternoon showers and storms. It will be more of the same for tomorrow for places like Dixie and Lake Powell where we will see more in the way of sunshine and warmer temperatures than pretty much anywhere else. The Central part of the state will be hardest hit tomorrow as our next cold front approaches the state this evening and drops into the Central part of Utah. However, afternoon showers and storms will be on the docket again for the Wasatch Front with temperatures even colder than today with a forecasted high of 61 for Salt Lake City. Expect high elevation snowfall in the Uintas, Wasatch, Central and Southern mountains tomorrow with light accumulations. Once this latest system moves out of Utah Monday, drier weather will be the big story and temperatures rebounding back into the low 80's by midweek
