WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) – A Weber County Sheriff’s Deputy shot and killed 39-year-old Jeff Foote in his parents front yard at 110 West 4600 South in Washington Terrace at 12:49 a.m. on May 25.
