PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 Sports) - According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, the BYU football team has agreed to a home-and-home series with Wisconsin.
The Cougars will play in Madison in 2013, with a return game in Provo at a later date.
BYU has not officially commented on the report.
The Cougars have already scheduled four home games in 2013 (Utah, Texas, Georgia Tech and Boise State). If the report is true, BYU would have five road games on the docket (Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Hawaii, Utah State and Houston).
This would be one of, if not the toughest schedules in BYU football history.
The Badgers are coming off an 11-3 season, including a Big Ten championship and Rose Bowl appearance, where they lost to Oregon.
BYU has played Wisconsin only one other time, in 1980, when the Cougars beat the Badgers in Madison, 28-3.
