SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 Sports) -  Coming off their first loss in nearly three months, Real Salt Lake is back on the pitch Saturday night when they host Chivas USA at Rio Tinto Stadium.

After having their franchise record 10-game unbeaten streak and goalkeeper Nick Rimando's incredible shutout streak of 566 minutes snapped at Dallas last weekend, RSL is ready to start anew.

Rimando laughed when he was reminded that he was human afterall.

"Yes, yes, I didn't know what that felt like for a little bit," said Rimando whose streak was the 3rd longest in MLS history. "I'm kind of sad that the streak is gone, but it's time for another streak."

The 2-0 loss at Dallas was RSL's first since April 24th, but it reminded of them how tough this league can be.

"It takes a lot to win in this league," said head coach Jason Kreis. "It takes a lot of effort, a lot of energy, it takes a lot of commitment, and I think we let some of those things slip in Dallas. But what's really nice about the situation is to be able to come home."

What's also nice is Kyle Beckerman is back. After missing the last 2 months with a foot injury, the all-star midfielder is expected to make his return Saturday night.

"It's been a long road," said Beckerman, "but I think I'm at a point where it's at a solid state and I can help the team without hampering myself."

And Real still has another streak going -- 18 straight home games without a loss.

"We've done well here at Rio Tinto," said Rimando. "When you have a packed house it makes you play better for sure."
