PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Yvette Kimber was in court Wednesday to face charges of first degree felony murder and aggravated arson.
Kimber is the suspect accused of starting the fire that killed two women.
Investigators say she used an accelerant to start the fire in the Boulder Apartments.
The families of the victims attended the court hearing and expressed disappointment after learning the hearing would be continued.
"We want our day in court, the victims' families certainly have an expectation of getting this handled appropriately," says Deputy Utah County Attorney Craig Johnson.
Kimber did get a public defender so the delay is to get him up to speed in the case. She'll be back in court on April 20, 2011.
