beth from Nebraska My mom lived in the apt below the lady who died. Sorry for the loss. I just want to thank Boulders and the Red Cross for helping her during this incident. They were both pro active in making sure her mind was at ease. She has been given a new apt and a few dollars to help replace the items she has lost. For an elderly woman living on SS this is truly a blessing for her to not have to worry about being homeless. Thank You

My 22 year old brother lives there. His unit was destroyed and he jumped out of the second story window to escape. He is at the hospital with a possible broken ankle. These apartments are completely gheto! He has been trying to get out of his contract there for 2 months because of the poor conditions there. It has mold there and he has had breathing problems because of it. He also got a staff infection there in Novemeber. I wouldnt be surprised if the fire was caused due to lack of maintence and old, out-dated wiring. The owners are LUCKY there havn't been any fatalities.
