Orem man charged with with murdering brother-in-law

OREM, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The Orem man who admits shooting his brother in law is now charged with murder. Police say 54-year old Stephen Strate shot his brother in law during an argument, then called 911 where he admitted the shooting. Police say when they arrived, Strate was waiting for them on the front porch of the orem home where the shooting happened. They found Marvin Sidwell dead inside.
