To this day I find it perplexing and bewildering that the incident was handled in the way it was, by whoever is ultimately responsible for this whole ordeal ending in the way it did. Clearly, the approach, policies and procedures of the inititating office who told the officers to move forward in executing this search warrant needs to review their extreme lack of common sense! Due to his inept superiors and supervisors Officer Jared Francom is no longer here to be a Son, Husband and Father. What a waste!!!
