LOGAN, Utah (ABC 4 News) -
A Davis County man is in jail accused of sexually abusing a girl from Logan.Utah Highway Patrol troopers arrested 37-year-old Edgar Mendiola, who they say inapproprately touched a girl younger than 13 at least six times over the past year.
The warrant was issued and the charges filed after the girl told someone about the abuse.
Mendiola actually worked as a case manager for Bear River Mental Health Services.
He's now on administrative leave and is scheduled to appear in court next week.
