OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A Utah judge has declared that Debra Brown is innocent of murdering her employer, Lael Brown in 1993.

I met Debra in 1999 and she would never admit her guilt even if it meant a lighter prison sentence. Her willingness to stand up for the truth was as amazing as her homemade doughnuts and I am so happy to see that justice has finally been served. I am just sorry it cost her over 15 years of her life and hurt her family so bad.
