NORTH SALT LAKE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - It took two minutes and forty seconds for burglars to steal $10,000 worth of merchandise at a North Salt Lake store.

The owner says the thieves used a sledgehammer to break into the Ops Gear Store on 386 North Redwood Road in North Salt Lake.

It's a store that sells military and police equipment. The suspects grabbed night vision goggles, body armor and even paintball guns used for training.

There's a $5,000 reward leading to their arrest.

“It's going to be real easy for somebody out there to brag. ‘We hit Ops Gear, a cop friendly environment,’ and when they open their mouth we'll buy off their friends,” said David Burnell, Ops Ggear founder.

This is the 2nd time this store has been hit, possibly by the same people.
