SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Some baby food is being recalled tonight because it could severely harm your child.

Plum Organics is recalling its Apple and Carrot Portable Pouch Baby Food. We're told it doesn't meet FDA guidelines for the proper acidity level. That means it could become contaminated with botulism.

Botulism is a sometimes life-threatening disease of the nervous system.

The baby food was sold at Toys-R-Us and Babies-R-Us stores nationwide.

For more in the recall log on to the Plum Organics website.
