OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say a suspect in a December stabbing inside an Ogden apartment has been arrested.
Robert Lee McCullar was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail on Monday, where he now faces homicide charges related to the death of Filiberto Robles-Bedolla, whose body was found on Dec. 22, 2009.
Jesus-Robles' body was found in an apartment near 2500 Adams Ave. with stab wounds and his throat slashed.
Weber County Attorney Dee W. Smith, announced later on Tuesday that Robert Lee McCullar has been charged with the murder of Robles-Bedolla.
Prosecutors also say when Ogden Police Department arrested McCullar on Monday, they found a knife in his possesion.
According to the weber County Attorney, Mr. McCullar has also been charged in a separate case with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Weapon by a restricted person. In that case, a knife was confiscated from the Defendant following a report that he had threatened a female acquaintance with it.
McCullar is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Second District Court on Wednesday, February 3, 2010.
