why isn't it your responsibility to protect your own privacy? He shouldn't have taped them, but you are at fault if you leave the curtains up. He didn't drill holes did he?

Once again the victims lost in this case!!!! Steven Powell should be going to prison for all he has done. I figured that he would "make a deal" if he got a reduced sentence he would give them some info about what happened to Susan Cox-Powell, but no low and behold "no plea" deal but just a slap on the wrist.For what he did to those children and all the others he should be locked up for a long time. My only hope is what I was told by a cop a long time ago "child molesters and child killers don't last too long to prison" They are considered the lowest of the low, I hope that he finds out here on earth that he has put people thru HELL and back and he also has to live knowing that when he does meet his maker he is really going to know what "pain" is all about!!!!! It has taken my faith away in the justice system,I have always said the cops and the courts will take care of the "BAD" guys well guess what they didn't and unfortuatly the good people in this world and more importantly those 2 girls that were victims in this case will carry this thier whole life and probably thinking they are going to have to look over thier shoulder for the rest of thier lives. My heart goes out to them and thier Mom and the Cox family and all of Susan's friends.I hope the State of Washington is proud of that judge; I would not be proud of him, I would hide my head in shame!!!!! I don't know how the judge will be able to sleep at night or look at himself in the mirror, SHAME,SHAME,SHAME!!!! This has made me feel like I could throw-up at the idea of him (Steven Powell)being out in the public again, and finally the final blow my 3 GRAND CHILDREN live only about 3 miles from Steven Powell's house scares me to death that the justice system would let someone loose like him into society!!! Scares me!!!

Time to get liberal judges off the bench. This is a travesty.
