Also Used: Black ink, black spray paint, sticks from yard, hot glue gun, pop dots, fake pumpkin, chain and skeleton garlands, apothecary jar, (6) pin frogs, jute or twine, Crop-A-Dile, and dollar store finds,
Fabulous Dollar Store Finds: Glass vase, candle, black raven, spooky cloth, plastic skulls (3 packages), and glittered skulls.
Each of these projects is made simple by using the fabulous products from My Mind's Eye.
Spooky: I used a wooden "P" that I already had at home, but have included a "P" in the project sheet.
1. Print the project sheet on the back of Haunted Spooky Words Flocked Kraft Paper (download from the My Mind's Eye blog or Amber's blog)
2. Cut out the letters so they are each 2 ½" w x 4" h.
3. Cut six - 2 ¾" w x 4 ½" h pieces of Black Bird Argyle Paper.
4. Cut six - 3 ¼" w x 5" h pieces of Haunted Harlequin Flocked Kraft Paper.
5. Ink edges of letters, orange pieces and harlequin pieces and adhere together with letters on top.
6. Slide into pin frogs (watch your fingers) and place on mantel with one or two letters placed in an apothecary jar as shown.
7. Add flocked vinyl spider stickers to apothecary jar.
Pumpkin:
1. Punch out orange oval and inner oval from Blackbird Cardstock Accessories Sheet. Cut a slit in the bottom right corner of oval frame and glue to pumpkin.
2. Add Haunted candelabra sticker to left side of frame.
3. Punch out Blackbird chipboard swirl and add to pumpkin using hot glue gun. (The chipboard elements have adhesive on them, but since the pumpkin is round, it is best to use hot glue)
4. Add brads to side of inner oval and add to pumpkin using pop dots.
5. Add Haunted blackbird flocked sticker and harlequin stickers to right side of pumpkin.
6. If desired, add black rhinestones (My Mind's Eye Lush Black rhinestones) to oval frame.
Tree:
1. Find 5 or 6 - 2 ft. long sticks in your yard and spray paint them black.
2. Insert sticks in a glass vase and hold in place with plastic skulls.
3. Add Haunted House flocked sticker and flocked witch sticker to glass vase.
4. Punch holes in the top of Blackbird Chipboard elements (as many as you'd like).
5. Tie jute or twine through hole and hang on branches.
Candle:
1. Add Haunted Candelabra sticker to 6" tall off-white candle.
Clock:
1. Add Haunted spider, bat and BOO! Stickers to glass on front of clock.
