Sheriff unhappy with dispatcher in Powell case

SEATTLE (AP) - Washington state authorities say they're not happy with the performance of a 911 dispatcher during last weekend's murder-suicide involving the husband of a missing Utah woman.

That is just what I thought when I heard that 911 tape last night. The dispatcher did not seem to take her seriously and asked some ridiculous questions (IMHO). He didn't react at all when she mentioned Powell's name and said that it was a high profile case. I'm amazed she held her composure while dealing with him. It was heart wrenching to realize those precious boys were with him for 10 minutes or more before they were killed. I'd thought it happened more quickly than that. So very sad all around...
