Ingredients:
Sugar
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Carrots
Celery
Onions
Udon Noodles (found in Asian food section of grocery store)
4 – 6 Jumbo Shrimp
Broccoli
Bok Choy
Teriyaki Sauce:
Put 4 cups of soy sauce in pot
Add sugar – ½ cup
Heat, stir & dilute
In sauté pan – simmer on low for 1 hour:
Garlic, ginger, carrots, celery & onions
Strain juice into soy sauce pan to complete the Teriyaki sauce.
Teriyaki Noodle Bowl:
Soak Udon noodles in water.
In a wok or sauté pan, take 4 jumbo shrimp, sear shrimp, add fresh vegetables of your choice (broccoli, bok choy, etc.) add noodles and teriyaki sauce.
