SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A doctor of interest to police in the bathtub drowning of his ex-wife - a University of Utah scientist - is suing other family members for a set of photo albums.
The Deseret News reports that John Wall filed suit against his 18-year-old son and the sister of his ex-wife.
Wall's lawyer says the pediatrician was awarded custody of some photo albums in a 2006 divorce settlement but never got them.
The lawyer, Fred Metos tells The Associated Press that police are conducting an open investigation into the death of Almut von Schwedler more than a year ago.
Police Det. Carlie Wiechman says she can't confirm or deny Wall is a suspect.
Metos says a medical examiner's report indicated the woman had high levels of an anti-anxiety drug in her system and cuts that appeared self-inflicted.
