SWAT standoff ends, man found dead

RIVERTON, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Unified Police say a gunman in Riverton has killed himself after an intense standoff with SWAT members.
The man barricaded himself inside a house and was threatening to shoot police officers.
Police say a woman called police Sunday evening and said her husband fired one shot at her after a heated argument at 4962 W. Duncan Meadows Lane.
After firing a shot at his wife, police say the 31-year-old suspect went inside his house and wouldn't come out.
SWAT was called to the scene, and nearby homes were evacuated.
After several hours, police went inside and found the man dead.
